Is there a Dell Port Replicator that can do DisplayPort 1.2 or higher, that's compatible with a Latitude E6440, and if not, can anyone recommend a Dell laptop that can do it? I do all my gaming on a cloud computer, so the laptop would really only need to be good enough to have a DisplayPort 1.2.ĮDIT: Just a funny coincidence: I also emailed Dell support to ask them which dock has a DisplayPort 1.2 port that is compatible with my laptop. I can only successfully get as high as 120Hz 1920x1080 which I think would imply that the DisplayPort on the dock is a DisplayPort 1.0 - 1.1a version, which is a pain! The problem is that I'm having issues getting more than 60Hz 2560x1440 out of it (even though 120Hz is an option on Windows, it doesn't do anything when I try to set it to that). My wife recently got me a Dell S3220DGF Gaming Monitor for my birthday. I've had a Latitude E6440 (Intel HD Graphics 4600) on a Pro3X E-Port Replicator II (the USB 3 version) for a number of years and it's served me well. TL DR: Does/Did Dell sell a laptop dock that has a DisplayPort 1.2 port on it, that's also compatible with a Latitude E6440, and if not, does anybody know what the cheapest Dell laptop is that itself has a DisplayPort 1.2 port on it?
